Anyone out there have this problem? My feet and sometimes leg go to sleep while I am doing the elliptical for 45 minutes. It starts around the 30 minute mark. Anyone have suggestions on how to prevent or reduce this from happening? What I do to help is just stop for about 5 seconds and completely straighten the leg out. I hate to stop, even for 5 seconds. I have to do this 2 or 3 times. Any thoughts?:read:
Thanks,
BW

that happens to me (at least the feet part) every time I use an eliptical  I solve it by making sure I move the weight around on my foot as though I was actually walking, but don't lift it all the way up... it happens because your foot is in the same positition for such a long period of time with pressure on it that you end up cutting off circulation to your toes... the leg thing I don't know
