Any of you guys currently using a Max OT/HST training routine?
Ive been looking at changing my rotuine which is why i am asking:)
If you have, could you post your routine i.e. 4 day split, what exercises and what sets:reps

I'm a fanatical believer in MAX-OT as of this week :D See the other thread about my gains. I'm following their 6-month program, so you can find all the info you need in the end of that PDF.

I also follow a max-OT workout (with the exception of my forearms)
I do a 4 day split:
Monday - Chest/Triceps
Tuesday - Legs
Thursday - Deltoids/Traps
Friday - Back/Biceps/Forearms
I can list which particular exercises I do but I don't have the excel file readily available. Just let me know if you'd like that info and I'll try and get it for you tomorrow.
