Modified this recipe from one I got from Lift For Life..

Good with morning coffee..

Mix in large mixing bowl..
8 scoops whey protein ..I use vanilla.
3 cups oatmeal..I use 1 minute.
3 tbsps ground fresh flax..I use a coffee grinder.
I package (small) chocolate pudding mix..I use sugar free.Instant mix
2 cups milk..I use 1%..
Mix until blended..
Place in 8 x 12 " baking dish sprayed with Pam..
Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees..
Cut in 12 brownies..
( I think I will add ground peanuts to the next batch)
Let me know how these turn out...

Hey Foley..

Naw...I didn't figure it out...I just cook 'em up and eat 'em..didn't seem to be anything in them that isn't good for me though..they are a little chewy..I just put them in zipper bags and leave out, since they are baked..keep one in my gym bag..got about 15 grams of protein and maybe 150 cals I guess...I don't watch things that close...

I just made and tried these and they are pretty good. Then I spread a little natural peanut butter over the top and now they are really yummy! Thanks for sharing!:tucool:

Good idea on the peanut butter....I just made some today and I used lemon pudding instead of chocolate...I ground 2 ounces of peanuts course in my coffee grinder (3 seconds) and left out the flax..they are great..a little more moist...I used salted Spanish...

Here's the nutrition on this recipe now..

12 bars
197 cals
19.5 grms prot.
16.4 grms carb
5.91 grms fat
39.6% prot/34%carb/27%fat...that should fit right in with the JSF crowd.

I'm with you on the peanut butter...
