Has anyone tried this diet yet. It is a lower carb approach and I was thinking about trying it for awhile to mix things up a bit.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.

I looked at it a while ago, when Waterbury suggested it for his Waterbury Summer Project. So the memory might be a bit fuzzy, but it was pretty much just a standard carb-cycling diet right? It looked pretty solid to me.

I'm basically eating that way most of the time anymore, with calories a bit higher for maintenance.

I tried it. It's decent for weight loss. But then I personally don't like it. I don't see the reason to deprive myself of carbs just to lose fat when I can just manage the overall calories to do the same thing.

yeah.. thanks everyone so far.

I am planning on running waterburys summer program here in a bit. I just wanted to get some feedback.

I have been succesful cutting incorporating carbs in every meal, but just wanted to play around with something different

I'll try and post a daily meal plan later once I get once figured out and maybe some of you familiar with the plan can give me some tips! :)

thanks as usual.
