Umm... Are you serious about eating 2 meals a day consisting of McDonalds??? I don't understand. I thought the title of this journal was "starting a new turnover for my life..."

That was yesterdays eating, the new life starts today. I just wanted to tell you and inform how the old life would be. ;) Heres the new one so far today:

Breakfast:
2 Scambled Eggs (3g Carbs)
2 Slices Liver Mush (2g Carbs)
2 Cups Diet Mountain Dew (0g Carbs)

My new diet plan is going to be a low carb diet plan. I think this would do me the best because I have a thing for drinking soft drinks and thats what kills me in carbs. So I'm not drinking any carb drinks any more and I'm going to be counting my carbs.

Ahahaha. Okay. I see now. Yea, it wouldn't make sense to be eating only McDonalds and say it's the new turn over for my life. Btw, what are your goals? Low carbs aren't really meant for long term dieting.

Well, I have this cruise coming up in June with my girlfriends mom and dad and her and I want to loose around 20-25 pounds. Once i get that much off, I honestly think it will be easier for me.

Heres my workout for today (my school gym is closed so I went outside and cleaned up the tree in the yard. fun work. chainsawed it down, and then moved it up a huge hill, took about 2 hours)
