Look at this diet in this transformation

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/transm110.htm

8:00 am: Protein shake with 2% milk (two servings worth)
12:00 pm: Protein shake with 2% milk (two servings worth)
6:30 pm: Two lean chicken breasts w/a serving of vegetables (usually corn)
8:00 pm: Pre-workout protein shake (one serving w/skim milk)
10:00 pm: Post-workout protein shake (2 servings with skim milk and an apple)
12:00 am: One serving of protein shake made w/water

IT'S ALL PROTEIN SHAKES !!!! I saw that there was someone on this board awhile ago who did an all liquid diet for a month or something.

I suppose if your jaw was wired shut, that would be one thing.... But then again, this guy did get results.

Reminds me of the Velocity Diet (http://www.t-nation.com/findArticle.do?article=05-025-diet) except there is some whole food in there (apple, chicken, vegetables). There are a couple of JSF'rs right now doing the V-diet.

Probably not something to do for long, or probably not anywhere NEAR the healthiest way to do things. However, for a month, you probably wouldn't kill yourself. He did it for 17 weeks. I don't think that's very wise. Lots of nutrients you'd be lacking.

You know, I had Orthognathic surgery over the summer(Jaw Surgery). Anyway, the point is they wired my mouth shut for a month. I can tell you from personal experience, if your not eating enough whole food-protein sources, it doesn't matter how many protein shakes you drink, you'll lose muscle.

I was drinking 3 Insure's a day, and about 3 mixed whey-protein drinks a day and over the course of a month, I think I lost about 15-20 lbs(about 70-80% of that was muscle if i remember right).

Anyway, I think someone who knows more about nutrition than me might be able to help you more.
