I just bought a FatTrack GOLD and I am having trouble using it. I measure my BF and now I am getting larger values with the FatTrack GOLD can someone help to understand better how to measure my BF??

That caliper takes some time getting used to. This is what I do. Instead of using the 3 site formula that the Fat Track Gold uses, I just use the caliper to measure just one site, my Illac Crest. This site is the easiest to measure myself and I see consistent results with it. If the skinfold on my Illiac Crest decreases, then I'm losing fat, if it increases, I'm gaining fat.
