I just read this article online, about a guy who weighed 360 and got down to 180 through this stomach reduction surgery. In the article the doctor says "Well, you've tried everything else" but it certainly doesn't seem that way to me. I searched the whole article and I couldn't even find the word "exercise"

Just an interesting reminder to keep the faith and stick with it.
