And if you use it, add some foods to see the graphs change, thats where the usefulness comes in

please be kind.a bit buggy, had trouble getting it to work

For Add:, it totals the fat carbs protein calories, but it clears everything once you press Add. It also doesn't give the Total: Cals. Nor does it update the top of the current amounts.
For Max amounts, Upon pressing Update it sends you to update.php which is the same as index.php for some reason.
The pie chart didn't change, but maybe I should clear my cache and give it a second go.
I like the idea you've got for this. A suggestion, have it list the foods you've already added into a table on the bottom.

P.S. Are you into wine?

EDIT: I tried it again, and the pie chart updated itself once, but wouldn't update after that.

Weird, when you add a food, its supposed to list them at the top, it is for me, but I see in the db that its not adding the stuff for you... wierd

I work in wine, why do you ask? (PM me if you'd like)

Ok, it's working now. Only one other possible bug though. Upon clicking Add it sends you to the update.php which again is the same as index.php.
Now after doing that, you click the Back button and it refreshes the fat.php page to show the results and updated chart.

I can't get that same bug as you, can you PM me how you got it?

Ok,
Looking pretty good.

Just one piece of cleaning up needed I see.
Under 'Max Amount', when I entered 20% for fat, it is listing the fat grams out 15 decimal places. It also does this for the graph. You could probably have it round off to the nearest tenth.

Good Job!
Next, need to have login and save my info in a db, and add the ability to save my entered foods to look up at a later time.

Nevermind, it did pull up my info when I entered my name, the same on the entry page.

I didn't have this problem.

Just for the record, when testing this, it would be good to list your machine description so it'll be easier to decide where the problem may lie.

I'm using WinXP, IE 6.0.2800.1106. Also, are these files the same as the ones you zipped and posted to the other forum? If not, then if you want to share these, then it would be helpful for others who want to upload it to their own site.

Fixed, any more bugs (other then the HUGE one where if you have more then your max it makes the graph all funky?)
