I'm still confused on proper nutrition for morning workouts when bulking.

Right now I get up at 0530 and have the following about 20 mins before cardio and 1 hour before weightlifting:

1 scoop Low Carb Isopure (http://www.naturesbest.com/index.html?section=Shopping&id=3004&catSec=207&pid=17499) whey protein isolate w/ 6 oz water
1 cup (cooked) oatmeal
total 236 calories, 2g fat, 29g carb, 5g fiber, 31g protein

Immediately after either workout I have breakfast:

1.5 cups Kashi Heart to Heart cereal w/ 6 oz almond milk
2 slices 10-grain stone ground whole wheat toast w/ 2 tbsp almond butter
8 oz orange juice
total 767 calories, 27g fat, 121g carb, 18g fiber, 27g protein

My next meal is lunch, about 3-3.5 hours later, spaghetti w/ ground turkey.

Is there anything wrong with what I'm doing to optimize muscle-fat gain ratio? Anything I should be supplementing with? (I don't want to do creatine.)
