Looks like you lost some fat as well.. So 7 pounds gain, might be like a 10 pound lean mass gain. Are you working out your legs as well? What are your plans now? pup Thu, February 8th, 2007, 10:13 PM Thanks. I am going to do a lot of the same. My goal by June 1 is to hit 165 lbs. I believe it is reachable. If I could reach 170 lbs by then, great. I was going to do a cut starting in April for the abs but now I'm not caring about that... I am more into recomposition. As far as the lifting, just going to revamp the workout a little. Introduce some new exercises, eliminate some that I've been doing for 6+ weeks. Right now I'm doing: day 1: chest/back day 2: off day 3: legs/shoulders day 4: off day 5: bi's/tri's day 6: off repeat Some tweaking has to be made right about now, but things are moving along. I've been eating good but I have ways to go. I do not know how many calories I eat. And thats my next goal -- to get my diet under control.
