Nice bulk.. Looks like you lost some fat as well.. So 7 pounds gain, might be like a 10 pound lean mass gain.

Are you working out your legs as well?

What are your plans now?

Thanks. I am going to do a lot of the same.

My goal by June 1 is to hit 165 lbs.
I believe it is reachable.
If I could reach 170 lbs by then, great.

I was going to do a cut starting in April for the abs
but now I'm not caring about that... I am more into recomposition.

As far as the lifting, just going to revamp the workout a little.
Introduce some new exercises, eliminate some that I've been doing for 6+ weeks.
Right now I'm doing:

day 1: chest/back
day 2: off
day 3: legs/shoulders
day 4: off
day 5: bi's/tri's
day 6: off
repeat

Some tweaking has to be made right about now, but things are moving along.
I've been eating good but I have ways to go.
I do not know how many calories I eat.
And thats my next goal -- to get my diet under control.
I'm eating very heathy foods, just have no clue how many cals.

Yeah, abs should come naturally if you keep working on body comp. Keep up the good work!
