Hi, and congratulatin on this amasig site.

When did you start to follow the Max-OT program? or did you at all? I am 185 cm and 85 kg. and will start the max ot program now. As I can see on your pictures, you lost a lot of fat the first months. and got very skinny, and after ca 6 month, you started to gain weight again. Is that correct? Since I`m 185cm/85kg, i dont think i have to do a fat-loss program first, but just start with the max ot, because I believe that my fat will automaticly fade away as i do my max ot program Do you agree? I understand that i cant do both at the same time, but since I don`t think I`m overweight I think I`ll just do that. What do you experts say?

Tanks for answering.

PS. You`re on everybodys lips in Norway now, after the article in VG, last Saturday.
Good luck.

PPS. Anyone feel free to answer.

Good luck.Hi hwahll,

I started using MAX-OT on September 9, 2003.

When I did my initial fatloss phase I lost a lot of weight and got very skinny. I didn't have much muscle to begin with, and I was able to keep what little I had only because I lifted weights while cutting (actually gained a lot of strength, in fact, but that was only because I was such a newb). It took some time, but I was able to put a pretty good amount of muscle on over the past 7 months. Unfortunately I injured my shoulder, so that set my upper body progress back about 3 months.

If you have fat it won't magically disappear just because you are lifting weights. It sounds like you are not overweight, so if I were you I'd do a nice clean bulk, and then cut when you are done bulking. Keep your diet clean no matter what you are doing, though. Diet is key!

Yes, those articles really hit home for a lot of people, apparently. I've received well over 1000 emails from people in Norway and Sweden over the past week or two! I appreciate all the wonderful support.
