Hi again,
I hope everyone is doing alright on this Sunday morning. I have a quick question for you runners out there. Is it possible to train for a 5k from doing 30 mins of cardio 2X per week to being ready to run in a 5k in slightly over a month?
Also does anyone know a place to find some good training programs?
