Well done so far! What are your goals?

My first goal was to be consistent, and I think I'm getting there. Other goal is to get to 6% body fat. We'll see where I'll be going from there. Maybe I'll try a clean winter bulk if I'm a single digit body fat by then.

I know change isn't as drastic as other people's threads, but I'm hoping within the next few months I can.:bb:

Happy weekend everyone! :)

Mine has started really good! I made my goal weight loss for Feb, and strength is still going up. Last week I was discouraged a little because on the scale I didn't lose weight. But I'm sure it was water from cereal (just wanted to see how my body reacts). I did get a little lazy that week too, by letting myself take shakes 2-3 times a day instead of natural food. Because I didn't lose weight last week, I was determined to make it up. I ate all real food and my body seems to respond to that.

This month, goal is 180lbs. When I make it, I will be lighter than I ever was last year, yet have a lot more strength.:tu: Updated pics are in 1st post. Good day to everyone! :moon:

Hey everyone! Just wanted to show where I am right now again. I actually didn't lose any weight first 3 weeks of April, due to being sick and cheating more often.:o

I updated pics in my first post, angles are a little off, my photographer can't take straight shots for some reason...

As you can see, most of the fat is in my chest and stomach. I'm on the fat loss train again, so that's good. Hope the rest of the pounds lost will show in my next pics update.:flex:
