Well,..I think I have gone and pulled a ligament or tendon in my leg. I was doing Deads, and have recently bumped up a fair amount of weight on my working sets. Not sure what the deal was, accept I had been on the road for 4 days, way off my usual schedule, and pretty much beat to begin with. However, trying to catch up with my routine, I was on my third day of lifting in a row, and could have been pushing a bit harder than O should have,... I didn't notice anything wrong, until I was finished with my entire routine. When I went to stretch afterwards, and bent over to stretch out my ham strings, it hit me pretty hard,..Without a doubt, something was wrong. Right below my right butt cheek, I have a pain that is very apparent. My ham string doesn't stretch when doing this, but at the top of my leg, the pain comes on strong if I bend about half way over. Sound like I pulled a tendon, or something? Whats the best way to heal this up?
