View Full Version : Second attempt.. lets hope for the best!
scottdan1 Sun, January 28th, 2007, 09:45 PM Hey everyone! I am writing and posting based on the advice of some friends... I have learned that you must be accountable in the conquest of weight loss or your chances of failure are much greater. Well let me give you the quick bio here.. I am 26, live in a small town in Michigan, and get this.. I work at the local gym. I work the front desk and have so much fun.. But with the help of my best friend (and personal trainer) I am back to working out and eating properly. I have been going on and off in December but the last two weeks I have been solid in my diet and excercise program. I am doing six days of cardio a week, which i know some people will think is excessive but I know that if I don't do this ill start slacking off.. lol.. I start weight lifting tommorow morning. My trainer has me doing a simple four day lifting routine, and keeping up at least five days of cardio. Hmm what else to say?? Oh I am a trained chef which makes dieting so much harder.. my core specialty is Italian.. and pastries!! Ok enough about that.. I am posting two pictures, one is of a side shot of me and the other is my back.. In the pics I weigh 294lbs. I told myself I would NEVER hit 300 again! As of today I am down to 279.5! Um not sure what else to say but here we go again!! Thanks for taking time to reading this and I look foward to a great time on here!

My new favorite has been egg white quiche! I can't wait to post my next set of pictures, i am thinking around the the middle of February. The gym I work for also is getting ready to sponsor the "biggest loser" so I am also preparing for that. The winner gets $1,000.00 and a free full service membership here at the gym.
