I love cheese.
I am currently at 6'0 175, but would like to lose some fat. Should I eat it or just cut it out? Is cheese good for anything?

Never eat regular cheese. Fat free isn't bad, but don't eat too much of it.

Yeah, the only really "good" cheese when trying to lsoe fat is cottage cheese.
What Razor said also applies.

I love cheese too, more than anything. I used to eat an entire picnic pack of cheese in a few days but now I only have low-fat tasty/cheddar in the fridge (can't stand ricotta or cottage cheese so I'd rather not bother)...but I now only have it from time to time and in most cases, the only cheese I have are now in my Subway sandwiches only.

If you're trying lose fat you'll want to avoid cheese. There's a lot of at fat in it, and you can get your protein and "good" fats elsewhere. If you're tyring to maintain a certain weight, then go ahead, but eat it wisely. You can't eat it everyday when you want keep an 8% bodyfat count...so in my opinion (and I stress in my opinion) avoid it when getting your six pack and eat it sparingly otherwise.
