I'm finally almost done building my home gym (no, I mean the walls, floor, etc, not buying gear!), and will hopefully manage to decide what power rack I'm looking for this week. Unfortunately, space is my major limitation given the 12x12x7.5' space.
Can anyone suggest any trade-offs with a half-rack like this one:

I'm thinking it would be as functional as a regular power rack for bench, squats, etc, but allow me to do overhead work "inside" it as well. Unlike most consumer power racks out there. And unlike some half-racks I've seen, it has a chinup bar as well. Storage on the back is a plus for me as well. Bit pricey, but I could handle it. I don't think dip handles are an option for this, but a couple bars across the safety bars would do the trick for me.
Any other major negatives I'm missing?
Thanks,
-Sean
