Hey everyone, read this article this morning and wanted to see how everyone else was feeling today. I feel great, I have been hitting every lifting session and cardio session, and almost every meal. I have not fallen off the wagon of any New Year's resolution because all my goals were planned before January 1st. I didnt have anything special to say today, just thanks to everyone for their continued direct or indirect motivation.

So have I Canada, that's why I felt even better when I read that article. That's also why I love when people start trying to excercise on January 1 because everyone else is doing it. You have to want it on your own. As the saying goes, "Don't follow the herd, you will end up walking through a lot of manure."

Nice quote. I was going to use one by Staley, "Do the opposite". In other words, if everyone sets new's years revolutions, do the opposite and don't have one.

Of course, "Do the opposite" can't apply to everything in life but it does apply to alot of things.

Like most everyone eats madonalds right? So don't. :D

I agree, except when it comes to following other on the John Stone Forums because we are all on the same path to being as healthy and fit as we can be.
