I have only 90 days before my batizado in Grupo Axé Capoeira.

I practice capoeira 2 years, but this autumn I have changed group and entered new school "Grupo Axé Capoeira".

So I have only 90 days before batizado and I want to get more muscles, want will learn to stand on hands, make some florea and other.

All these things require one - force in my hands ans body. I have strong legs, but not so strong arms, chest and back. Also I need to loose fat: i think, about 5 kg.

I planning add more physical exercise to my usual training and take one day per week for gym only.

So, wish me luck and sorry for my english, it's not my native language.

Food: juice with l-glutamin + l-carnitine + 2 piece of white bread with butter and meal + 100g of figs + protein+milk (500kl) + gelatine + guarana + coca-cola :(

I tried to find red fish for tomorrow breakfast and dinner, but in nearest shops fish swim away :)

Training: Today I have personal training in gym. Jumps, rolls, a lot of kicks (high kicks, low kicks), handstand near by wall... It was cool.

Feeling: I must finish one project and I very tired, but I like that I had 2 hours for my body, not my mind.

Plans: Tomorrow I'll have training in group. I try to add more physical exercises to usual march of events. First at all early morning I want to stay on hands in hall. Also I'll starting take creatine.

Food: l-glutamin, l-carnitine, cretainne + 4 pieces of bread + meal + some candies + coke + protein cocktail

Training: Very, very good. Cool roda. Hand standing is progressing.

Feeling: 2 hour for sleep too not enough. I deadly tired.

Plans for tomorrow: Handstanding and expressions

Food: l-glutamin, l-carnitine, creatine + potatoes with meal + 2 pieces of bread with red fish + half of banana + pear + some candies

Training: I have a problem with my back. On Christmas I broke one little muscle on my back (on acrobatic) and now trying to exercise on hand-stand position I feel the pain. In this way today I had a rest and a massage. But the hand-stand was include in rest program :)

Feeling: 6 hour for sleep. Well-well-well...

Plans for tomorrow: on evening training - warm-up my body and back more than usual. will perfect a technique, a strength of kicks, try to add more game, tactics and technique in roda

Traning: Tired like dog. My legs is out.

Today I was in gym. I did 3x70х6 in Bench Press

:) My max weight n bench press was 60kilos few years ago (smth like 60x1x1 :) ), and now it's 70kilos.

COOL!

Also I had usual training. A lot of exercises for strength, coordinations. Kicks, movements.

+ Exercise on hand-stand position

Food: I don't remember :)

Tomorrow: individual training in gymnastic hall. My au-batido waiting me :)
