I'm not sure if anyone tried this yet but I decided to add 5 slices of fat free american cheese in my oatmeals today (while they were cooking). After the oats were done cooking, I added a little salt, cinnamon, and splenda as usual, mixed it up and ate it. Soooo gooood. Tasted just like mac & cheese.
