i am thinking about buying the ironmasters/bench and what not but i was wondering if that alone is enough for me to work out every muscle enough without me having to go to an actual gym

Ironmaster Package 3
Includes the following equipment:

75 lb Quick-Lock Dumbell System
Super Bench Combo, including the Crunch Situp and Dip Bar Handle attachments
Chin Up Bar attachment

thats the one i was thinking about buying. do you tihnk i can bulk up and do what i need to do? the msucle group i worry abou tthe most is my back.

anyone have a site for just all dumbell excercises for the whole body?

I got the Ironmasters and man, I LOVE them!! If you search on the net you'll find plenty of dumbbell based programs, in fact Ironmaster sends you a poster of dumbbell routines with you order(I think you can look at it on their website).

As far as back, I got the pullup attachment for the super bench, so tons of pull-ups, chin-ups and then you got one arm rows with the Ironmasters. You could always get a cheap olympic set to do some barbell work in the future.

the biggest reason i ask this question is that i lack major space.

my apt is about 400 sq feet. my living is tiny which isalso part of mykitchen. mybedroom has my full size bed, two computers on a corner desk, and a elliptical. i meassured it out i can fit the bench and the dumbells but its going to be a tight fit. so i havent been to the gym in two months and its killing me... my schdule has just been hell so i really want to invest in this set causei know itll make me happier and progress faster

Oh, yes. Very do-able. Full body workout with that stuff is pretty easy. No need for much room. Gotta be a little creative, and that makes it more fun!

Good luck.
