Anyone eat sunflower seeds? I have a severe addiction to them and eat them all the time. I know they are high in sodium but I eat the Reduced Sodium ones. Any benefit to them, are the fats as good or the same as say almonds or anything?

I would like them if they didn't make me itchy!:) I love pumpkin seeds though. Yum. I just buy raw ones, toss a handful in a frying pan with no oil, heat them up, and put a little of my own salt on them.
You can get sunflower seeds raw and without salt too.
Check out their health benefits (http://whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=57#healthbenefits)! I think the fats are good, and they have lots of vitamin E and magnesium.
