Does anybody actually know the time it takes different kinds of protein to digest? or is it just a basic generalization to say that cottage cheese digests slower than a chicken breast or whey protein?

Whey elevates blood amino acid levels from about 45mins-2hours post consumption.

Cassein elevates blood amino acid levels for about 7 hours (+/-).

Everything else is inbetween. However, I'm not exactly sure how fast they get 'digested' or if it is the same thing or if mixing foods, e.g. adding fat, changes that profile (actually for whey it doesn't have much effect, but for soemthing like chicken or eggs it might).
