I've been running my diet off of memory for some time now, ever since I lost my last hard copy of it. But I sat down this AM, and tracked everything I ate in the last 24hrs. This is very much a typical day of eating for me.

My goals are to put on some lean weight. Ideally I'd like to see what I look like at 180#. That's about 10-12lbs away from my most recent scale weight.

My routine is Day1 - Upper, Day2 - Lower/Abs. Although beginning this week (now that I think this nagging cold has left me), I am planning on doing HIIT on a stationary bike on Day3s.

I wanted to get an idea of what you guys thought about it.

Yes, I see you noticed. :o

How many servings are we talking about here? Is 2 or 3 a day enough? I do have a thing for fruit because it's great road food. No preparation other than washing it. But I suppose I could easily do the same with some raw broccoli.

Are veggies, in general, superior to fruit? I've always lumped them together, and then favored the better tasting option.

I'd recommend consuming both veggies and fruit. I myself eat a lot more veggies though.

That's a butt load of carbs  I know you are trying to bulk, but I still think you should take the carbs down a notch and replace them with more fats and protein at each meal. That's a lot of milk too. 1-2 8oz glasses is fine, but it just has too much sugar to be having 54 oz of it per day. Here are my other thoughts:

Meal 1: That's a lot fat for a cereal, which is a pretty bad source of carbs as well. Why not eggs (w/yolks) or cottage cheese? Oatmeal instead of the cereal.
Meal 2: Need more healthy fats, veggies.
Meal 3: Need veggies. A better carb source than milk (too much sugar carbs). Try something like brown rice or sweet potatoes.
Meal 4: Better protein source. Pasta is highly processed and the protein is rather poor. Maybe consider adding lean ground beef to that mix.
Meal 5: That's a lot of fat in one sitting. Instead of 4 tbls of PB, try 1 tbls per meal. Again, you need better protein sources. Cottage cheese before bed is a great one.

150 g of chicken only gets me 35 g of P, whilst yours gets you 45

Thanks for the feedback, guys.

My next time Krogering, I'll pick up some veggies. And Burrito, I'll work on tweaking up a couple of things in there keeping some of the things you said in mind.
