Diet pills are the ultimate scam. They prey on gullible people wanting quick and easy results, without the hard work. The bottom line is losing weight is hard work. Sticking to a proper diet, cardio and weight lifting regime will get you far far better results than any diet pill ever will.

But I always like to experiment with those pill based weight loss. Anyone have any experience with it or read anything about it?

Haven't used it myself - but like you - I'm always looking for something that will give me that perk like Epohedra - in NC ephedra is becoming increasingly hard to come by thanks to the new Anti-Meth lab laws. :rolleyes:
