So I started using FitDay today for the first time. I wanted to see 1) How the program worked and if I liked it enough to keep it; 2) How good/bad my diet was exactly. I'm always conscious about what I eat, but I wanted more details, esp the % of F/C/P that I eat.
After today here are my general results, what do you guys think? Where do I want some of these figures to be ideally? I can't say whether I'm cutting or bulking because honestly I am trying to keep fat low (bad fats primarily) to help lower my body fat and yet keep my protein high enough to gain some mass. Is this a conflict of interest? Any other opinions would be great appreciated!
