Hello all,
I was wondering if you guys/gals had any recommendations for a log book to keep track of food/workouts. Basicly I am looking for something that is not to bulky and rugged enough to carried around all day... I want to be able to take it with me to the gym, to work, etc... Thanks for any info.

Anything is better than nothing. Some people here just write down on paper scraps what they do, and transfer it to a more permanent notebook later. That is pretty much what I do, though I am just planning on getting a midsized notebook and taking it to the gym each day so that I don't have to write the stuff down twice each day.

I recently started using the Body Minder Log. It has everything you need to track lifting, cardio and food. Alos, the cover is very durable.

The best deal I found was Here (http://www.overstock.com/cgi-bin/d2.cgi?PAGE=PROFRAME&PROD_ID=804364) .

I picked up a little Five-Star Notebook (the 3.5" one.. with plastic covers).. its a bit more rugged then most notebooks and small enough to carry around. I setup my own format and pre-filled in a few pages to get a start at it.

I haven't found a pre-made fitness book that followed what I like to do.
