Hello all,
I have been browsing the site for a short while and decided to join up and thought I would introduce myself. I"ll start with the general stats...
I just turned 26 and weight about 168 lbs at 24% body fat. I am in the military and am in decent cardio shape I guess... I score in the ~94 percentile on PT tests. My problem is that I am carrying around to much fat and not enough muscle. I have two 'general' goals... first is just to look better and second is to be able to try out for para-rescue by Oct. 26. My wife and myself have just sent our check to swolecat in order to start his SGX program (FGX for my wife) to try and get things started off on the right foot.
Well I guess that is it for now... just wanted to say hello.
