im curious what kind of supplements everyone on this site takes
myself i take:
whey isolate
creatine w/ dextrose
glutamine
vitamin C (3000mg a day)
vitamin E (400 to 800 I.U. a day)
calcium/magnesium
multi vitamin
cant forget green tea :)
