...besides water weight. (how long does that take to come off, anyways?)

Numerous websites state that you will gain weight on creatine. Not many of them are specific; One refers to lean muscle, one simply refers to "weight".

I happen to have a tub of monohydrate creatine that's still sealed

I'm really trying to finish my cut by getting into the single digits and looking my best for summer; will creatine (monohydrate) prevent me from achieving my results?

-only interested in taking do to muscle fatigue/lack of motivation.

I take Creatine Burst and Whey Protein, both by GNC. I don't know that much about Creatine so I do not want to tell you something wrong. However, the creatine I take has some ridiculous number of grams in carbs. Since I'm in the loading stage I take it twice a day and I have been counting the carbs into my diet. I was on the same creatine and protein last year and I lost weight while on it. I know I put some lean muscle on as well. But when I stopped taking it I noticed that I lost some of my definition.

I found this article on Men's Health Magizine's website forum posted by one of their moderators.

If that doesn't work the same article was found here:

I'll track this post. I hope to learn about creatine as well. Hope I helped some.
