I joined this site February 18th, 2004 and today is April 8, 2004.
I have been on my lil' workout project for seven weeks and one day. So far I have gone from 138 Lbs. to 127 Lbs.
My goals to be reached by June 1st.
Body weight of 120 lbs.
Add an inch to the width of my biceps
Completely strip my legs of their cottage cheese
Fully form my abs by targeting the lower half of my stomach
I have been happy with my results so far but I have hit bumps along the road much like everyone else. I think the diet is a constant battle as well as fighting the desire to pick myslef apart. I need to stick to my goal before I wind up eating cheesecake everyday!!!! Lately I have been completely zapped of energy and I think I have been overdoing it. I took a break for a few days and my energy has elevated so I think that was the problem. I am not looking forward to posting my picture on Monday because there is so much I need to fix, but I think it will be good for me to hear the advice that people have to give me.
