I've been reading, and planning, but I'm in the bind I knew I would be in. I'm getting into analysis paralysis. With my limited time each day, spending it all researching and planning is eating up my time. I need to get going! I want to get into a routine and continue to research and refine.
Anyone have any experience with this book (http://www.amazon.com/Mens-Health-Hard-Body-Plan/dp/1579542298/sr=1-3/qid=1168628038/ref=sr_1_3/002-4766698-6744820?ie=UTF8&s=books)?

I like the fact that it has a three-week rolling workout plan laid out for beginner's, intermediate and advanced. They're all whole body workouts, which is what I need.
Like I said, the idea is to use it to get started, see results, and continue to develop and refine.
Let me know what you think, good or bad.
Thanks,
Croz.
