I am 19 yrs old im about 200 and i have about 17-20% bf....I am curious about how many calories i should be consuming per day. Currently im taking in around 2000 calories 40/40/20, and lift 4 times a wk and do 12 mins of cardio aft that. And then i do 3 days of cardio on days im not lifitng. I wanna try and get down to around 175-180, maybe by spring break, but i def wanna get there around summer. and be around 10% or less bf. Am i doing well with my calories and such or no? I jsut need a little input. Thanks for your help!
