Long story short, I've been in an office since college.. That's five years of sitting around.. I am the CFO of my father's company, but he's looking to retire in the next couple of years, so I need to go out into the field and learn the business.. This will require alot of hardwork (physically) that I am not used to..

Some basic past weightloss info on me.. I have lost 60lbs total as of yesterday and I am sitting pretty at 194lbs and 22% body fat.. I'm currently eating six times a day, 2000 calories, and a very light workout schedule.. My goal is to be around 15% body fat, nothing too crazy..

My problem is, I'm going to start working out in the field.. I'll not have access to a microwave or any cooking devices.. My current foods I eat I fix the night before, put them in separate containers per meal, and then reheat them throughout the day.. Currently I am eating Chicken, Tuna, Almonds, Oatmeal, Banana, Brown rice, Brocolli (veggy), sweet potato, eggwhites.. 20/45/35 fcp..

Another problem is, my schedule turns from waking up at 630am and being at work at 730am until 5pm and being in bed at 11pm, to working in the field and having to wake up at 3am, be at work at 4am until 3pm and being in bed by 7pm..

The last problem is the work.. I'll actually be working, not sitting, so I'll probably have to raise my caloric intake, which may be a tad low as it is.. I'll be digging and lifting for about 8 hours out of the day..

So basically, I'd have to lower my meals to 5 per day.. But without any way of cooking/heating food, I don't know what to eat.. Thanks for reading and for helping..

Homemade protein bars/cookies/muffins.

Using protein powder, nuts, peanut butter, oats, splends etc They can be VERY tasty.

Search around the site you might find some recipes and also on t-nation.com.
