Subject line says it all. I feel like I could spend the rest of my life figuring out which one to take!

I don't want to spend a lot of money but I don't want those One A Day pieces of crap either. Is there a simple review site or something?

Thanks...

Find out what your body needs and start reading labels.

Animal Paks seem to be the far and away champion from what I've read, but you have to ask yourself whether it's a reasonable investment for your goals. For me, not a chance.

I went with http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/adam.html. It's about 9 dollars a month. I love it!

I read over basic info as to what specifically my body needs and compared similiarly priced multi's together.

I found The Comparative Guide to Nutrional Supplements (http://www.johnstonefitness.com/store/shop.php?c=books&n=1000&i=0973253800&x=Comparative_Guide_to_Nutritional_Supplements) by Lyle MacWilliams to be a phenomenal resource. I settled on a multvitamin that is $39/month for a person. Seems expensive, but it's not.

Most people spend more than that on cable, movies, fast food and beer. And, really, if I look at the past three years since I started taking it, we've had just ONE visit to the doctor from our entire family (wife and two kids included) for a cold/flu related incident, compared to dozens of visits before then. The fact we don't get as sick, recover more quickly, have more energy, sleep better, and have found a million other benefits more than pays for itself (and yes, I started my health lifestyle years before researching and settling on a top quality vitamin).

Best of health and success,

Jeremy

The multi I take was highly recommended to me.
It's called Vital Force by Eclectic Institute
You can Google them. I think I paid $28.99 for 180 Tablets.
It's a great mix.
The ones I have are hypoallergenic vegetarian without Iron
I take 3 a day

If you are training with a vengence, and the nutrition is spot on day in and day out - one word....Beverly's Super Pak. *or is that two words? *

Beverly seems expensive...30 packs for $20.49...Animal Pak is 44 paks for 22.59

Whoops....almost forgot the women, who, in many respects, train more intensely than the guys!

Hmmm, I see there's a waiting list for this stuff

And the one I use is $39 for 30 days supply, almost double ...

But, it's "expensive" if you are just looking at dollars.

If you are looking at quality and what you receive for the money you invest, then value-based I actually feel I'm getting the better value. As for Animal Pak versus Beverly, I have tried both ... both are quality products but both are also designed for the hard core lifter and don't really fit my lifestyle. Plus, they were missing a lot of what I felt I should receive for optimal health like grapeseed extract, bioflavanoids, etc so I went for the most value.

The problem too many people do is compare two bottles and say, "This is 30 pills for $10 and that one is 20 pills for $20".

That doesn't mean a thing ... what if the 30 pills are 500mg of Vitamin C and the 20 pills are 1,500mg? (Not saying you want that, but just an example).

Often the cheaper one will use synthetic selenium, perhaps have the toxic Vitamin A instead of the safer beta carotene, the cheaper one shoots for 100% of the RDA rather than the more expensive one going for the higher values recommended by many nutritionists today, etc. etc.

Take the whole picture into account!

I've used Beverly's Super Paks for the past 3 years now I think, and have gotten to where I don't let myself run out because I simply hate how I feel without them. I had heard years ago that "If you can't tell if your multi-vitamin is doing anything for you or not...it probably isn't." I've had some interest in the line that Jeremy is using as well as Pharmanex...but was recently diagnosed diabetic (185 lb @ 5'8"). So I'm waiting until I meet with my doctor to decide which pak I'm going to stick with.
