If it were me, I'd bulk -- but then again, I like being big. I suspect you may have answered your own question in the above post when you express discomfort with your size. If you feel too big, then maybe you should cut until you reach a comfortable size.

I remember seeing your pics of before you were skinny. I can see why you might feel uncomfortable getting up there in weight again.
I would say since you have kept it off this long, and are still exercising and living healthy, you could bulk more if you wanted. I guess its really just a matter of personal preferance.
Im like joeschmo. I like being big:D You have to do what you feel is right.

Hey Ted, wwhat's your'e nutrition like and what type of cardio/and how much are you doing....from what I see you may be gaining too much fat.
You definatley are bigger, no doubt....but you may have to manipulate the two mentioned if you continue on and keep the B.F. in check.

my nutrition is as follows:1 8 0z lean meat, 1 cup oats , piece of fruit
workout
2 40 grams dex,1 cup oats ,2 scoops protien
3 6 oz lean meat, 80-100 grams carbs(rice,
oats,potatoes ,grits)
4 8 ozlean meat,1 cup oats
5 8 oz lean meat , green veggies, natty pb
6 8 oz steak, green veggies
workout2
7 smae pwo shake as meal 2
8 same meal as meal 3

in the begginning i was doing hiit cardio 2 days of the week...
the past month has been no cardio...
ive also taken sundays off from diet and training...

i havent really strpped on the scale much..when i started officially bulking i was at 213 or so...im probabl at 225 ish now..
