Hey guys Ive been eating some hummus lately while cutting and its very tastey stuff :tucool: and the nutritional info. on it looks good to me. What do you guys think of it? DEBATE?

It's good stuff. Easy to make and there a million different recipes and uses for it.

I test drove one of them but didn't care for it too much. I like the smaller, streamlined SUV's like the '07 Suzuki's.

I love the stuff - I eat it a few times a week with these little brown-rice crisps I've discovered (think brown rice in cracker form with no added crap).

Count me in as a hummus lover. Easy to make, with tahini paste being the hardest thing to find at the grocery store. High in protein and good fat (from the EVOO). I prefer to use celery as my hummus delivery device.
