My suggestion is to read up on the stickies in the beginners section especially in regards to nutrition and training.

Yep. It looks like you aren't getting nearly enough calories. You are going to be losing muscle as quickly, if not more so, than you are losing fat. Do some calculating and let us know how many calories per day you are taking in. A good, and proven method, is to have 6 small meals per day, about every 3 hours. Each meal should include a lean protein source, a low gi carb, and a fruit or vegetable. Portions of each should be about fist sized.
On the workout, I'd take at least one full day off a week from any exercise for muscle recovery. If you post your current workout, I'm sure you can get some recomendations on that as well.
HTH.

Ahh, I completely understand now. Terribly sorry for the confusion on my part. Yes, I can see you know what you're doing...
In that case, I think your plan stinks and needs some serious work. :)

Please disregard my previous post and just do what you want. Good luck.
BTW, look at mastover's stats and you'll see just what kind of resource you just ignored. Pro natural body builder - gee, you think maybe you should have listened to his advice?
Sounds like a troll anyway.

You're basically starving yourself. Drop the yogurt, sugar & juice.
Are you weight training?
What's your calorie intake?
Have 3-4 more egg whites with breakfast & either a whole egg or some oatmeal with fruit. Drop the veggies, use those later.
12pm- Drop the nuts. Not a meal.
Chicken breast or tuna with the brown rice & veggies.
3pm- Protein. Maybe have those nuts or cottage cheese here with some more tuna or chicken.
Put 10pm at 7pm. Have a good dinner. Fish, chicken, vegetables
Add in another small meal or two.

If you had read the stickies, and knew what you were doing you wouldn't be on a yogurt diet.
The only thing I see correct is the meal spacing.

Prime example of how not to get help.
Kid, drop the attitude next time.
