George Foreman Grill: I seriously could not live without this thing. Even if you have no idea how to cook or keep track of time, you can throw virtually any meat on it and it'll cook perfectly.

Tips: Don't worry about it being immaculatly clean, is a grill! Just heat it, and use a wet paper towel to wipe off the charr.

Buy frozen chicken breasts and frozen salmon steaks from Costco, put it in a ziplock sandwich bag and throw it in the fridge the night before to deforst. Use the same bag to marinate the meat while heating the grill.

BIOPAK #1 Containers:

I always forget to bring home my plastic food containers, and hate washing them. So instead, I bought these takeout containers, which are the perfect size and shape for a meal. I bought a box of 450 from a local restaunt supply store (call or search) for around $60. For 14 cents a meal its not cheap, but the convience is worth it for me.
