Okay, I need to get back on track, and have a fresh start. So, I thought I'd start up a new journal.

So, first of all my plan:

1. Weights 3x per week (full-body workouts):

Leg Press
Seated Leg Curl
Seated Row
Lateral Raise
Bench Press
Shoulder Press
Bicep Curls
Tricep Extension
Crunches
Back Extension
Side Bend
Plank


2. Get the running back on track, too-- three times a week.

3. Diet:
i have me pegged at about 190 now (yikes). If I do the H-B equation right, that gets me at a BMR of around 1950. Given my exercise plan, I've gone with an activity modifier of 1.55, so I am going to shoot for 2500 calories a day.

Now, for the first bit, I am going to focus on eating more clean, healthy foods-- no fast foods is the big one, and no sweets. Avoid sugar as much as I can. I'll start worrying about macros once I get back on track.

I'll stick with this for a month, and take a look at how it is looking for me. I need to just stick with this and focus on getting the good habits back moreso than anything I think.
