Im sick of eating the same old egg omelette, bland as hell almost makes me wanna chuck !

Anyway i was havin a weekend away with the wife and saw on a menu scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. I know its an old recipe, but it gave me the idea of smoked salmon in my omelette and now i can get enough of the stuff.

5 egg whites 1 yolk
smoked salmon to taste (remember smoked salmon is salty)
Try smoked mackerel instead of salmon. Or use kippers if your a really common person.:lol:
