OK... this won't everybody's cup of tea but I'm loving it right now for a change of pace.
Basically it's just a bowl of oatmeal (I prefer Scottish Oatmeal- Bob's Red Mill brand is fairly widely available).
Add the oats and water PLUS:
A -healthy- blast of good cinnamon :tu:
A dash of cayenne to taste :eek:
Microwave :whistle:
When cooked stir in 1 scoop chocolate protein powder. I prefer True Protein.
That's it... A little Mayan chocolate oatmeal.
If you are really into chocolate, add some quality dark cocoa powder.
