I like to make low fat brownies, peanut butter meringue, cookie sometimes. A lot of recipes out there use butter, brown sugar, etc.
What can I replace the butter with (apple sauce)? what about brown sugar, can I use splenda? and all-purpose flour, can I use whole wheat stone ground flour or something else?

Yes, butter can be replaced with applesauce. I'd try by replacing just half the amount, and if that's successful, then the next time you could try to replace the whole amount. In brownies, I replace the butter with prune puree (puree some prunes yourself, or buy baby food prunes), and it's delicious.
In some recipes, you can replace the sugar with Splenda, but I've only personally tried this once, and I really didn't like the taste. I'm going to try half and half next time. As for brown sugar, it has quite a different moisture content, so in some recipes, this wouldn't work so well. However, Sugar Twin sells a brown sugar substitute (that I've never tried) that might work in this purpose.
Whole wheat flour can always be used instead of white flour, (though you can usually tell the difference in the end result) I found this information:Replace no more than half of the all-purpose flour with this and add half again as much baking powder plus a bit more liquid to the recipe. Compared to all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour makes baked goods denser and coarser in texture. It provides more fiber but about the same nutrients as enriched all-purpose flour
or you could use 2/3 the amount of flour called for, and make up the other 1/3 the amount in wheat germ
Despite that advice, I quite often replace all the flour with whole wheat, especially in muffins and cookies.
I have thousands of recipes, if you have any requests, post them in the recipes section.

Wow, thanks guava, that's good info for a novice like me. I like to treat my family whenever they come over with a little sweet. If you have some recipe for brownies, peanut butter cookie, cup, cake, fruit crisp, I'll greatly appreciate it. :claphigh:

just adding my results. I have made a few different desserts lately and i have always replaced all purpose flour with whole wheat flour cup for cup. Splenda granule (not the packets) cup for cup. I have made brownies, apple crisp, cheesecake, protein bars, and a few other desserts without being dissapointed in the taste...ive never tried applesauce for butte though..i might have to try that. Now this is just my experience so it might be different for you but im just sharing my results ;)
