Ok, i think my biggest problem while cutting has to be breakfasts, i usually only have a yogurt or a glass of milk and i am hungry the rest of the day so here is my plead.....

Would any of you share at least 3 diff breakfast u use while cutting without the use of any supplement??? and with out any commercial all ready prepared stuff ( sausage pattys and so)

considering i take a mid morning protein shake, then gym, then at 3 i have the "big meal" i mean salad, soup and chicken, tuna etc, then a mid afternoon fruit or salad or granlola bar, and at night i usually have cereal, or tuna??

Please 3 diff types of good nutritious breakfasts.......

I think my favorite is Wheat Toast (2) with Natty PB, a banana and a glass off milk.
Or you can make Oatmeal w/ Equal and a banana and milk.
Any kind of healthy cereal with fruit and milk.

Breakfast of champions:

3/4-1 cup (precooked) traditional Quaker oatmeal, 1/8-1/4 cup Atkins calorie free syrup, 2-3 tsp cinnamon
1/2-1 cup egg beaters

You can't beat that nutrition and taste wise IMO. I eat that EVERY morning. Serving size depends on my calorie needs for the day.

My favorite is scrambled egg whites (enough to meet my protein requirement for that meal) and oatmeal with 2 tsp. Splenda, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, & 35 grams blueberries. I usually have 10 grams of almonds or walnuts with this.

I also do some protein pancakes with a bit of sugar free low calorie syrup. I also have 10 grams of almonds or walnuts with this.

That pretty much does it for my breakfast menu. I really like what I have so I haven't explored other options.

3 egg white omelette with onions, peppers, few mushrooms, and a small amount of 2% lowfat cheese. (tiny bit of olive oil in my well seasoned omelette pan)

-or-

3 scrambled egg whites with the same veggies and cheese above wrapped in a whole wheat buritto tortilla.

Another breakfast I'm considering using is a bowl of kashi go lean with a few sliced strawberries or a sliced bananna. Oh and... skim milk.

I miss my bacon and sausage... but the veggies are a surprisingly good substitute.

Breakfast of champions:

3/4-1 cup (precooked) traditional Quaker oatmeal, 1/8-1/4 cup Atkins calorie free syrup, 2-3 tsp cinnamon I didn't realize it when I first started with oatmeal, but cinnamon is key. Don't leave it out!

My breakfast is generally 3 egg whites with an ounce or two of lean meat thrown in, on whole wheat toast. Depending on how my day looks for fat, I may have a serving of butter.

I'm starting to see a trend here.

oats + cottage cheese + milk = win

if you wanna be a champion, you MUST eat oats, there is no 2 ways about it, even if eating oats will kill you, it would better to eat them and die :p

I just eat Kashi GoLean Crunch w/skim or Oatmeal. I always seem rushed in the morning so the 5 minutes to make the oatmeal seems like an eternity so I usually just eat the Kashi.

Yea, I picked up some kashi goLean Crunch yesterday b/c I saw it in the diets of a lot of people on here. This has to be the best kept secret in eating well, this stuff is GREAT, I really like the taste. I'm using Silk Very Vanilla for kids with it, great combo!
I'm starting to get tools in my diet toolbox, so I can start planing meals soon (protein should be here in a few days).

I love my breakfast shake but it might be a bit too much according to some people

1 cup oats
1 cup skim milk
2 scoops protein
2 tbsp natural pb

Put the oats in first and grind them up alone so that its a rough powder consistency. Then add the other ingredients in that order and blend it up. The peanut butter gives it a great flavor, the texture of the oats is a little weird but not bad, saves me time by not cooking them, and its rounded with carbs fat and protein.
