I picked up a few boxes of those Boca breakfast patties and meatless burgers that John eats to try them out. They are great by the way!!
I also picked up a box of turkey sausages and was just wondering if that might be too much fat?
1 serving is: 11g fat(3g sat.), 0 carbs., and 9g protein

The fat seems kind of high for what is supposed to be lean sausage. I buy Jimmie Dean Fat Free sausage which is all pork (don't really care for turkey sausage) and here is the nutritional breakdown for a 2.5oz serving.
calories 90
fat 2g
sat 1g
cholesterol 35mg
sodium 410mg
carbohydrate 1g
protein 11g
They also make one that is 50% less fat, but I don't know what the breakdown is for that.

Still, so far I've found that it's not the amount of fat per-item, it's the amount of fat per-day (and the overall balance) that's most important.

As long as you are not eating it everyday you should be OK. Maybe once a week.
