1 Egg
2-5 egg whites, 3 in this recipe
2 tbsp Flax Meal
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Great Value sugar free chocolate sauce (very important, Wal Mart)
1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder (27 g. protein, Costco SportPharma blend)
Grind the flax meal in a coffee grinder until it is almost a paste. It gets almost like peanut butter. Mix this with the eggs and yolks with a fork or hand mixer. Add the peanut butter, then maybe 1/2 cup water. Add the chocolate sauce. You must get the house brand from WalMart, it is superior in every way to the name brand stuff. It has an orange label.
Mix until smooth, add the protein powder. I'd have used chocolate but I had vanilla and it worked well. I might even add some vanilla extract if I used chocolate protein, dunno. I added one pack of Splenda, but that is optional. It all depends on what it takes to hide the taste of the flax meal.
At this point, it tastes great, but you'll probably want to blend it with some ice until it is smooth, and you can split it up into two 280 cal Fat/Protein shakes.
