Hi there (again) :)
A month and half have passed since my last post, my progress so far have been just plain great, till mid October that is.
Man... its was just disastrous, my weight lost stopped cold, i had to skip about 5 days of workouts due to work problems and if it wasn’t bad enough i broke my main workout machine, my stat bike, ive worked it so hard that the pedals broke off LOL :lol:
it was bad... i was really down, but no pain no gain, i snap out of it, suck it up and prepared a new chapter of this war on fat, a battle was lost but the war was and it still is far,far from over... :bang:
So ive revised my diet, workout and mental plan, if i was giving it 110% ive pushed it to 200% now, as i said no pain no gain, and man do i want the gain.
so... ive bought a brand new cross trainer to replace my cardio on the bike (great machine by the way), new foods and activities and off i go!!
So in the beginning of November i was (STILL) at 196 lbs / 89 kgs with a 104cm / 41inch belly, but now…. Now it’s a different history, that cross trainer really did the trick, because my body is getting is fat ass kicked, in 60 min of cardio i burn A LOT of cal, my new food intake are updated for my present stats for optimal kcal performance, pretty sweet
Im in great shape now (compared with 3 months ago) I started on 220 lbs 100kgs with 32% of bodyfat and a belly of 110 cm/ 43 inch
Today I weight 185lbs / 84kgs and a belly of 98 cm / 38 inch and I had to buy new clothes because the old ones don’t fit me no more…
This is getting really sweet just 8 kgs / 17 lbs to go for my optimal weight.. oh and my body is getting muscle´d up I GOT ABS OUTLINES, SWEET.:claphigh:
