Well, about a year ago I had lost a lot of weight. That is good news, but the bad news is that my stomach was still bulky even though I was underweight. Recently I decided to try it again, but I need some advice on whether my plan will work.
In the morning I will eat some carbs (snack bar, cereal, fruit) and I will leave it at that. Maybe at lunch I will have more too. About 4:00, when I get home from school, I will work out on a stationary bike for half an hour. And later on I will do some crunches or abdominal exercises.
I want to get rid of my belly fat in 3 months. I don't think I have that much, but its enough to annoy me. However I have a couple questions that may relate to why my stomach will not flatten...
Is it true that once you have already been overweight that you automatically retain weight easier through fat cells?
Is it helpful to eat more meat in order to lose body fat? My diet has a lot of carbs because I never understood the whole, "eat fat to lose fat" thing. I already know a little about protein though.
Any commentary helping me toward my "non-jiggly" stomach would greatly be appreciated.
