Hey JSF,

If there was one "ultimate" resource encompassing what you really needed to do to lose that unnecessary weight, why not post it in here? Whether it's a link to a website, a link to a thread on JSF, or Bodybuilding.com forum, anything.

I find that a lot of people are not educated properly on the subject. They don't know what kinds of foods they can eat (I should know, I was one of them) or the proper way to exercise to burn it off.

I'd like to know what you guys gave you the most insight. Maybe an ebook?

Looking forward to your replies.

I believe that the forums here as a whole provide terrific information to help one better his/her physique. I'd say this location is a great resource.

It is a good question, but I don’t want to promote any book since this is not supposed to be a site for promotion.

I started with the Body for life book witch gave me the basics.
Then I got the book Burn the fat feed the muscle, and I used it as my glide to total body transformation, it gives a lot of information and some in depth detail. I reed this book on a regular basis it is even on my PDA in PDF format for quick reference.

And for all my questions I found this site, with lots and lots of people with a lot of views.

And my home page Bodybuilding.com for there articles and in depth descriptions on different exercises.
